1. Your Right to Delete Data

You may request deletion of your DebtZero account and associated personal data at any time.

2. How to Request Deletion

You can request account deletion in either of the following ways:

  • From within the DebtZero mobile app (if the in-app delete option is available in your version)
  • By sending an email request to sales@xigmapro.com from your registered email address

3. Information to Include in Email Requests

To help us process your request quickly, include:

  • Your full name
  • Registered phone number
  • Registered email address
  • Subject line: "Data Deletion Request"

4. Verification & Security

For your protection, we may verify your identity before processing deletion requests. This prevents unauthorized deletion attempts.

5. Deletion Timeline

After successful verification, your account and personal data are deleted within 30 days, unless a longer retention period is legally required.

6. What Gets Deleted

  • Profile and account information
  • Financial entries such as debts, EMIs, income, expenses, and investments
  • App usage data linked to your account

7. Limited Retention

Certain records may be retained where required by law, regulation, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or accounting obligations.

8. Third-Party Services

Payment records handled by payment processors (for example, Razorpay) are governed by their own legal and compliance retention requirements.
